hzyg Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

hzyg is an online betting and casino platform in Bangladesh offering cricket betting, slot games, live casino, and various online gaming services. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between hzyg and the platform user ("Member" or "you").

By accessing this site, registering, or using any service, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use this platform.

hzyg reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on the hzyg platform, you must meet all of the following conditions:

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all related accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings may be voided.

3.2 Accurate Information

Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration is mandatory. hzyg reserves the right to close an account and hold funds if false or incomplete information is provided.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password secure. Do not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the support team immediately.

Transferring, selling, or allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

hzyg currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks).

4.2 Minimum Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 per method
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal time: Usually processed within 1 hour

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made. Withdrawals are processed only via the same method used for the deposit. Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds obtained from bonuses.

Under anti-money laundering regulations, hzyg may verify or temporarily hold withdrawals if necessary.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

hzyg offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. Example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive an additional ৳1,000 bonus and can start playing with a total of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the sum of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• A bonus applies only to the account for which it was issued.
• Each bonus offer may have a specific expiry period; expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
• hzyg reserves the right to cancel any bonus without giving a reason if any irregularity or misuse is detected.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless hzyg decides otherwise in special circumstances. hzyg is not responsible for any issues caused by technical errors in the betting service.

6.2 Void Bets

If a bet is accepted due to a technical error, incorrect odds display, or any other abnormal circumstance, hzyg reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake.

6.3 Game Results

All game outcomes are determined by a secure random number generator (RNG) or verified live dealers. hzyg works with established game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and others to ensure fair play.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hzyg platform:

• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software for betting or gaming.
• Abusing bonuses or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Using account funds for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Interfering with the platform's security systems or attempting unauthorized access to the server.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving improperly toward other members.
• Using an account for commercial purposes or for third-party betting activities.

If any of the above activities are detected, hzyg may immediately close the relevant account and confiscate all funds.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by hzyg

hzyg may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these Terms.
• Providing a false identity or information.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Instructions from a regulatory or legal authority.

8.2 Closure by the Member

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any verified remaining funds will be returned before closure, but bonuses with unmet wagering requirements will be cancelled.

9. Limitation of Liability

The hzyg platform uses SSL encryption and modern security measures. However, hzyg is not liable for:

• Loss caused by internet connection errors.
• Technical issues arising from your device or software.
• Loss resulting from third-party attacks or hacking attempts that are beyond all our reasonable measures.
• Loss resulting from sharing your login details with others.
• Temporary service interruptions due to regulatory changes.

The financial risk of losses from gambling is entirely your own responsibility. You acknowledge that you are participating on this platform voluntarily and with full awareness.
